At church.....

One day, while I was sitting on the dock, I looked up and saw all these Turkey Vultures on the church steeple.  They remained there for quite awhile, occasionally flying off and around, returning to either the church steeple or the large pine tree next to it.

I love to see the TV's soaring in the air.  Someday I will get a camera with a better lens to hopefully be able to catch their flight and all the details of their interesting feathers.  I have tried taking pictures as they fly overhead and its something I am still working on.  :)

The gathering

One day I went for a walk with my camera and was surprised to see all of these turkey vultures on the lawn by the lake of this resort hotel........... The TV's hung around as I took picture after picture after picture.  I was astounded that they did not fly off right away.
